- 2 years of LTC experience is required
- An active RN license in the state of North Carolina
- Enjoy teaching others
- Have the desire to lead the nursing team to continued success
- Staff recruitment, orientation to new hires, staff education, responsible for Infection Control program, restorative nursing program and other administrative nursing duties.
