The Role

We are searching for a highly motivated VP of HR to provide strong HR

leadership and be a business partner to the President at Qualitrol. This is a visible, high impact position where

the successful candidate plays a key role in the future success and growth of

the business. This position will report directly to the President of Qualitrol

and will be located in Rochster, NY.

The role requires a leader with global experience and have the presence

and strategic mind-set to influence and set clear strategies, vision and

execution plans for the leadership team. He/She will be responsible for

delivering world class Human Resources globally to include the following:

Talent : The Vice President of Human Resources is the steward of Human Capital

and helps the organization identify the required future skills and abilities

that the various levels of employees will have to master in order to remain a

world leader now and in the future. They will deploy appropriate plans

including talent development, talent acquisition, succession, compensation

programs, and organizational design to address the needs of the business.

Cultural Steward : Drive to secure a high level of dedication of our people even where

new and different practices will be deployed over the strategic cycle. This person will understand who the change

agents are in the organizations and how to leverage them. The Vice President of Human Resources will

develop and deploy improved processes to help onboard and assimilate new talent

and assure that they have the tools needed to be successful. They will drive the HR function to become the

stewards of the culture, making sure the topic is relevant and fits with the

overall agenda of the business and region.

They will drive a culture of collective and continuous learning.

Business Partnership : This position is the key business partner to the

President and an integral member of the leadership team that drives a strong

culture of accountability, transparency, empowerment and leadership at all

levels of management. He/She will act a

counsel to the business leaders on current and emerging trends in employment in

countries of interest across the globe and will develop strategies to assure

organizational capability and ensure buy-in from all levels of management. The role requires a high level of overall

financial and business acumen.

The VP of HR will be accountable to deliver

the following :
Prepare, propose and implement a strategic HR development

plan in close collaboration with peers, as well as the President.

Attract and recruit exceptional talent in line with the

business strategy and succession planning

Continued development of the HR team, tools and policies

Develop and implement programs to engage and recognize

employees

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an HR leader who possesses demonstrated

expertise in all areas of Human Resources including leading and managing

virtual and global teams. S/he will have business partnering experience. S/he will have demonstrated the ability to
