- Conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by potential acquisition targets
- Develop valuation methodologies across different lines of business
- Communicates complex financial information and strategic issues in a clear, concise and relelvant mannter to assist and guide decision makers in corporate finance transactions
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development

Proven track record of managing M&A transactions through their entire life cycle, including the business partnership experience.

Experience in creating, adjusting, and maintaining M&A financial models.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to work on complex financial transactions.

Extensive technical skills with strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Superior and executive-level communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal), ability to communicate to all audience levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and leadership skills, with the ability to react quickly and accurately to situations.
