We are looking for a Sr. Director to join our M&A/Corporate development team. This is a new and exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to help build this capability for newly public company. This highly visible role will be responsible for identifying, researching, and negotiating potential mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to support the organization’s growth objectives.
General Responsibilities:

• Makes sound recommendations regarding the impact of possible mergers, acquisitions and divestitures on the organization’s profitability using industry and market knowledge, along with strong analytical skills

  • Conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by potential acquisition targets
  • Develop valuation methodologies across different lines of business
  • Communicates complex financial information and strategic issues in a clear, concise and relelvant mannter to assist and guide decision makers in corporate finance transactions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of managing M&A transactions through their entire life cycle, including the business partnership experience.
  • Experience in creating, adjusting, and maintaining M&A financial models.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to work on complex financial transactions.
  • Extensive technical skills with strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Superior and executive-level communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal), ability to communicate to all audience levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and leadership skills, with the ability to react quickly and accurately to situations.
