    SCRUM Master/Agile Banking Project ManagerContractor

    Location: Providence, Rhode Island

    KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team is comprised of highly trained third party professional individuals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skill set.

    KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking contractors in multiple locations throughout the United States including Rhode Island, New York, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Detroit, and San Francisco.

    Responsibilities:

    • Experienced Agile Scrum Master for a Regulatory Compliance Initiative
    • Resource will establish and execute scrum management within a particular POD comprised of Business, Operations and Technology resources
    • Resource will be on boarded to client’s standards, methods and tools

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management (e.g. facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings)
    • Minimum two years of Agile and Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment
    • Planning, Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution
    • Strong Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication (oral and written) Skills
    • Banking and/or Financial Services Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional
    • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
