As a Scrum Master you will have an opportunity to:
- Cowork with respective Product Managers and Technical Leads.
- Coach Developers and Product Management on the right approach towards Software Development with Scrum framework.
- Use empirical approach to define performance metrics.
- Maintain Scrum culture focused around Collaboration and Cultivation as the main cursors.
We are looking for a passionate professional who has:
- At a minimum PSM I certificate by Scrum.org or CSM I certificate by Scrum Alliance
- At least 2 years of professional full-time practice as a Scrum Master
- Experience working with complex software projects developed parallely by multiple software development teams
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
