Regional Vice President, Operations
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the operations of the organization with the objective of providing maximum profit; establishing short-term and long-range objectives, plans, and policies subject to the approval of the CEO, and representing the organization with its major customers, the financial community and the public.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 12-15 years industry experience.
- 5-7 years in a senior leadership role with the proven ability to influence both direct and indirect constituents.
- Prior experience overseeing and directing multi-state operations.
- Proven ability to stay current on all legislation and regulations affecting collections compliance through continuing education and performance measures.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to develop and analyze complex issues.
- A self-starter with an ability to address strategic issues, as well as day-to-day operational concerns.
- Knowledge and understanding of various reimbursement structures and requirements of facility based processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
