WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS DO:

  • Monitors and maintains project timelines, milestone dates and budget adherence
  • Negotiates change order pricing and provides workable design solutions as needed
  • Suggests cost savings or changes in project scope for the benefit of both the customer and Mission Bell
  • Applies and demonstrates leadership in safety for the duration of the project
  • Uses and follows Standard Work for Project Management

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on field and/or shop experience in millwork or other construction trade -OR- equivalent education required
  • Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings and technical specifications required
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; must demonstrate ability to manage several activities at once, organize/prioritize work to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Microsoft Office required; MS Access or Bluebeam is a plus
