Principal Duties / Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and manage all phases of the project/program, including R.F.P., order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery and installationDevelop and manage critical project/program time lines. Obtain customer approval for time lines and monitor the process through to completion
- Actively manage customer inventories and re-orders
- Monitor production of product through both physical review of work in process and through review of labor and costing report data. Aid in development of corrective actions where needed
- Assist in managing finished good inventory related to assigned customer
- Support estimating and costing of programs, including the participation in cost reduction programs

Qualifications
- 2 years project management with involvement in operational activities; experience in store fixture or related industry preferred
- Intermediate level of MS Word and Excel is required
- Familiarity with MS PowerPoint and MS Project a plus
- Experience in wood/metal/acrylic manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems and/or good computer skills
- Highly effective written and verbal communication, team building and interpersonal skills
