Simply Good Hemp is seeking a Operations Manager to manage and operate all aspects of the company. This would be a full time job with a performance bonus.
Job entails:
Overseeing both outdoor and indoor growing operations.
Will assist in hiring candidates for internal positions
Will provide record keeping throughout preharvest and post harvest season.
Implement daily tasks for workers
Implement IPM system and blueprint of entire harvest season.
Construct lead times on every aspect of preharvest and post harvest
Qualifications:
Must have 7-10yrs exp. In Cannabis farming on commerical level.
Must have extensive knowledge on Cannabis/Hemp.
Must be a leader and have proven track record of leading a team of 15+
Must have knowledge in cloning/soil/outdoor farming/landscape fabric/machinery/irrigation/fertigation
Must have knowledge in indoor greenhouse
Grow lights/black out deprivation system/veg and flower rotations ect.
