LivingQ is a coliving and hospitality style community with our first locations based in San Diego and Los Angeles CA. Members of Living Q share a sustainable living community while placing equal value on privacy and cultivates creativeness and entrepreneurship company stands for.
The Position:
We are looking for a unique and motivated individual to lead our co-living community in Los Angeles! As the Onsite Community Manager, you will manage the property in addition to creating a communal environment by implementing consistent social events for the tenants to network and party together.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone passionate about bringing people together from different backgrounds to create a community that all residents will want to participate in.
- The Onsite Community Manager organizes and leads weekly events, parties, and networking opportunities for the tenants. For example – organizing events such as potlucks, beach trips, hikes, movie nights, mixology classes, sunrise yoga, bar crawls, local artist nights and influencer “ted talks” are a few of many event examples.
- This is almost a full time job; however, we would love a candidates that have a lot going on.
The Location: Hancock Park
Ideal Candidate:
- Event Planning Experience must
- Real Estate/Property Management Experience
- Self-motivated and can work on your own with little direction
- Has an eye for fun social event planning
- Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
