We are currently looking for Maintenance Lead/Groundskeeper to join our team. Our Hotel du Village property seeks a loyal and dependable individual to help oversee the maintenance of our facilities and grounds on a full-time basis.
This role is responsible for the maintenance of our property and landscaping of outdoor areas and facilities. He/she maintains the properties upkeep, cleanliness and physical landscape including the garden, lawn, flowers, trees/shrubbery, pathways, fences, tools and equipment.
Eligible candidates must have prior experience with:
路 Plumbing
路 Carpentry
路 Hand Tools
路 Minor Painting
Duties also include carpet cleaning, landscaping and grounds cleanup as well as maintenance of swimming pools.
This job requires:
Standing, Squatting, Lifting up to 50+ lbs, Kneeling, Bending, Carrying, Climbing ladders, steps, and working overhead.
