Overview:

This position is responsible for leading Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) Campus Programs and providing strategic direction that will enable us to attract and retain top tier talent in a rapidly changing environment. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Business Executives and Human Resources leaders to provide strategic direction and tactical execution of campus program talent strategy that will support and drive business objectives. This is a high impact role supporting a fast paced organization that has substantial growth goals. The successful candidate must possess mature and sound judgment, integrity, and self-confidence with a strong desire to succeed. The successful candidate will also have leadership experience where they have proven track record of generating results aligned to business goals. In addition, they will be comfortable managing a team and partnering across stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Enterprise Description: Serves in a generalist and or L&LD capacity during full time Analyst / Associate program duration. Oversees and takes a leadership role in executing specific aspects of activity. Works with campus manager, HR executives and stakeholders in the business to develop strategy and execute on LOB early talent strategy and programs. Responsibilities: headcount, learning, compensation, ratings, performance mgmt, development, mobility, coaching, employee relations, knowledge of competitive landscape, etc
.

  • Setting the global GBAM Campus Program strategy ensuring alignment to business objectives, strategic priorities and diversity goals
  • Leading a high performing team; provide coaching to improve performance and promote individual and team development
  • Providing advice, counsel and information to the businesses to enable them to improve their ability to attract and retain strong talent to the firm
  • Influencing and shaping the future direction of campus talent needs and program experiences
  • Evolving existing and establish new full time programs with a focus on meeting business needs while offering long term professional development and opportunity
  • Building partnerships with business leadership in order to advise on junior talent strategy and enhancing the delivery of a seamless process
  • Fostering recruiting partnerships with our internal clients including hiring managers, school alumni, employee resource groups and HR partners
  • Leveraging talent analytics to assess and improve current strategy to ensure a world-class practice; ability to take a data driven approach to decision making that inform our current and future plans.
  • Helping to drive entry level hiring process from headcount planning to strategic workforce planning
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and Talent Development team to share insight into early career programs across various industries; inform business leaders about best practices aligned to talent management of Gen Z population
  • Ensuring strong compliance in the hiring process.


    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, program management or campus recruiting
  • Excellent client relationship skills. Business focused proactive approach to recruiting work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner; Able to navigate within a large corporate environment and influence key internal clients and stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems
  • Thoughtful and demonstrates good judgment; strong decision-making skills; ethical
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; attention to detail
  • Proven track record as a relationship builder, team player, collaborator, coach, and facilitator
