Purpose

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring exceptional care and customer service to our residents.
Problem solver to staff and residents
Maintaining budget while showing a profit and planning strategic goals.
Marketing and establish networking relationships

Certificates, licenses, registrations
Certified Assisted Living Administrator Exam. Maintaining continuing education requirements. First aid and CPR requirements. Registered nurse preferred.
Work Experience
Five years of management skills required. Have prior experience working in an assisted living environment as well as had some geriatrics, dementia and Alzheimer’s training.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret state documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with one-on-one or in groups such as customers, vendors, staff, residents and family members. Must be able to speak, read and write basic English skills.
Physical Demands
Lift up to 25 lbs. required to assist with such things as: occasional resident care, moving of office equipment, furniture needs, etc. Some traveling and walking are required on a day ?to day basis.
