We are looking for a professional, energetic, organized, and driven executive to join our corporate team to help us open and run new centers across the US, implement processes, and run projects as necessary.

What would we need you to do?

· Oversee development and implementation of processes related to recruitment, talent sourcing, local operations, corporate administration, software, IT, insurance, employee engagement, and marketing.

· Create and maintain a work culture that stimulates staff enthusiasm, collaboration, and rapport between colleagues.

· Fix up and maintain processes in existing locations and open new locations and establish processes and relationships.

· Travel to new locations nationwide and implement and establish company policies and procedures.

· Work hand in hand with the Clinical, Compliance, Business Development and Finance departments.

· Conduct interviews with potential staff.

What do we want from you?

· 5+ years of administrative or operational management in the healthcare field , or related experience

· Knowledge of budget and business planning

· Undergraduate or Master’s degree from a strong program
