Director, Ecclesial Management Programs

Overview

The Director of the Ecclesial Management Programs is responsible for marketing, fundraising for, and administering the Ecclesial Management Programs.

Responsibilities

Manage the Master of Science in Ecclesial Administration and Management (MEAM) program and other related programs (e.g. program for bishops, senior clergy, pastors, religious, etc.)

Promote Ecclesial Management programs through networking, relationship building, targeted marketing communications

In coordination with University Advancement, Raise funds to subsidize Ecclesial Management programs

Build relationships with Vatican dicasteries and dioceses to ensure ongoing understanding of most pressing financial issues, and incorporate such learning into programs.

Secure and deliver speaking engagement to promote Ecclesial Management programs

Serve as clearing house for financial and administrative “best practices.”

Qualifications

Master’s Degree seven (7) years of related experience to include:
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Academic administration
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working within the Catholic Church or a Catholic organization.
