Primary Purpose:

Responsible for various projects including the creation of Corporate Facilities procedures and policies, documenting procedures/standards/policies, organizing data, SharePoint updates, running and maintaining Reports, and adhoc projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Run point for companywide Corporate Facilities projects and initiatives.
  • Leads Employee Emergency Safety and Preparedness program.
  • Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators and prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders
  • Meet with leaders throughout the organization to understand needs, and determine actionable steps to reach a resolution
  • Create, communicate, and audit various organizational initiatives and rely progress back to key stakeholders in the business
  • Serve as the Technical Writer for companywide policies and procedures
  • Facilitate organizing team data (vendors, space management, contacts, contracts, etc.)
  • Serve as main point of contact for SharePoint communication
  • Utilize the HEAT ticketing system to keep leaders abreast of ticketing request and status

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Critical thinking skills in problem solving and decision-making
  • Asks questions and seeks assistance
  • Takes responsibility to eliminate the source of problems
  • Confidentiality regarding information pertaining to all tenants and employees
  • Maintain proper appearance and personal conduct for the employee’s particular job
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able and willing to travel 10+ % of the time
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
