The Chief Operating Officer of Rallio will be a partner to the CEO as we deploy our next generation products, services and scale the team to take the company to the next level. We’re looking for someone who loves to operate and scale companies, has done it before and is ready for their next big opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Build key metrics that matter and work with the executive team, employees, and investors to focus on those KPIs to drive accountability and results
- In partnership with the CEO, develop a plan for building out the team, including key hires needed and a recruitment strategy to build out a world class organization
- Provide leadership to the teams and work with them to set and manage milestones and timelines (sales, marketing, engineering, etc)
- Maintain team focus on core goals and be willing to say no to activities that don’t match objectives
- Understand and manage each team to remove bottlenecks and increase velocity
- Develop and maintain best practices for team communications and workflows
- Analyze, design, document, and implement internal reporting systems and procedures for the company
- Ensure the platform, reporting and team are in place to meet the goals and scale the business
- Ensure that financial goals are met, with attention paid to revenue generation and cash-flows
- Analyze immediate and longer-term cash flow requirements, and establish financial targets driven by clear objectives and metrics
What you’ll need:
- Ability to make informed, data driven decisions
- A strong belief in the local, social space (which we are happy to educate and convince you of) as a key element to help businesses build community and meet consumers where they live
- The ability to manage and recruit a high-performing team who love what they do and seek out challenges
- Excellent financial skills and strong business judgment
- Experience in a senior operations role with 10+ years relevant experience
- Track record of building winning teams and operational excellence in a high-growth phase company
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new sales and pricing strategies
- High personal integrity and credibility
- Hands-on management style
- Excellent people skills
