We are looking for a Business Development Director to represent Telmark Sales Solutions in selling our services to new clients. You will be responsible for planning and executing a new business development strategy focused on financial gain and company growth. In addition, you will maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing contact via phone, email, trade shows and meetings. You will research opportunities, recommend target companies, customize and deliver corporate marketing messaging and prepare proposals in efforts to persuade prospects to contract to use our services.
Essential Job Functions:
· Develop a client acquisition growth plan
· Conduct research to identify new opportunities
· Communicate with prospects with goal to arrange business meetings and further process toward acquisition as new client
· Present Telmark’s competitive advantages as a compelling sales story
· Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting prospects’ objectives
· Prepare presentations and sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Requirements
· Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or relevant role
· Proven sales track record
· Proficiency in MS office and Salesforce
· Market Knowledge

Schedule Availability: Monday through Friday- 8-hour shifts within the hours of 7AM and 5PM Job Type: Full-Time
