JOIN our TEAM at Addiction Campuses as a CAMPUS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader in addiction and mental health inpatient treatment. We’re currently seeking to fill the Campus Chief Executive Officer role at The Treehouse Campus in Scurry Texas.
Job Summary:
The Campus Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the strategic direction and the overall clinical, medical, operations and support function of the campus, and may provide oversight to more than one campus. This position is a role model for the “HEARTBEAT” values and champions the mission and vision of Addiction Campuses in all areas.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily operations of the program to include: Medical elements of the program including detoxification, monitoring of medications, vital signs, and documentation; and clinical elements of the program including counseling sessions, group sessions, documentation, meal planning, and outside activities; and operations elements of the program including transportation, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance
- Oversees campus management to include the areas of clinical programming, medical service and care, operations management, and administrative/support services.
- Ensures program financial viability through review of revenue and cost control mechanisms.
- Responsible for achieving targeted key metrics for facility and organization established by corporate office.
- Overall responsibility for state licensing compliance by ensuring program and facility compliance, and employment record compliance.
- Act as community liaison ensuring that neighbors and community needs are addressed.
- Responsible and accountable for managing direct reports including: Preparation and presentation of performance evaluations, objective setting, compensation recommendations, training and development, disciplinary actions, selection interviews, and monitoring adherence to Company and department policies, procedures, and practices.
- Responsible for creating and supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Company’s policies, by demonstrating the Company’s competencies, and being a role model for the Company “HEARTBEAT” Values.

Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:
- Masters Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Must possess an understanding of the nature of the disease concept and recovery that has been demonstrated through progressively increased responsibilities in the healthcare industry.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role and demonstrated abilities to mentor and develop staff.
- Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
