Vice President of Interactive Marketing

Your Title: Vice President of Interactive Marketing

Your Purpose:

The Vice President of Interactive Marketing will provide strategic growth leadership in achieving a goal to increase leasing revenue and investor capital by pre-determined rate.

Your responsibilities:

• Strategize with business leaders to set strategy to push our growth curve through overall inbound leads and their conversion, coupled with engagement content across all business models
• Partner with other key leaders to ensure our product and design concepts are aligned with our growth goals and that every initiative can be tracked, measured and innovated
• Provide quality control over execution of strategic marketing plans, Database management and analytics, Digital marketing models and content strategy. This also includes developing and leading data management projects to manage our prospect databases and generate pre-and post-target marketing analytics that align with strategic marketing plans by business model and product vertical
• Develop a set of departmental performance metrics to monitor/report on key deliverables and transformational initiatives
• Decide and report ROI on all marketing initiatives
• Initiate the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements
• Develop successful relationships within the Commercial real estate community, individual clients, and all internal staff
• Manage Director of Marketing and indirect marketing staff

Qualifications:

• High degree of professionalism to clients and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing
• 7-10 years of marketing leadership experience with a successful, revenue generating track records
• Well-honed strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership ability
• Proven success in creating, optimizing, overseeing and executing campaigns
