Looking for a Financial Industry background Technical Project Manager to be part of the Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology group within our financial services client.

The PM will be responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of multiple work streams under the Valuation Control Program. Partnering with Finance business users, Finance technology and Front Office technology teams to plan and implement technical solutions to address the business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create detailed project plans to manage the scope and delivery of program milestones
  • Manage the planning and implementation of technology deliverables through all phases of the SDLC lifecycle, leveraging JIRA for tracking and sprint reporting
  • Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all project deliverables, and the implementation of relevant project management best practices
  • Facilitate project prioritization, resource allocation, and closely manage project dependencies, issues and risks
  • Adhere to the firms Enterprise Change Standards and produce required project management artifacts for review and stakeholder approval

Required Skills:

  • 7+ plus years of project management experience leading technology efforts in an Agile and Waterfall environment, preferable within the Financial Services industry
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate a matrix organization
  • The ability to work with business partners to understand needs and identify solutions in a fast-paced environment
