HOW YOU WOULD BE SPENDING YOUR TIME AS A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the day to day execution for their assigned project(s) including managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Willmeng’s quality standards. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for the oversight and support of the superintendent as well as the promotion of company safety culture.
WHY WE WOULD WANT YOU TO JOIN THE TEAM
You have strong computer skills, especially in; Microsoft Office, Project, Outlook, and Construction Software Procore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project, and Sage.
You have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study preferred.
You have 15 – 20 years experience as a project manager preferred.
You have experience with Estimating and Conceptual Estimating.
