Integrated Life Choices (ILC) is seeking a Residential Manager to join our growing team in Omaha. We’re looking for an energetic individual who can multi-task and manage direct support professional staff in a group home setting. This position is responsible to ensure all necessary supports are provided in order to fulfill ILC’s promise: ‘To support people in living a fulfilling life.’

Primary responsibilities of the position include:

  • Training, scheduling and supervising direct support professionals
  • Ensuring residential staffing levels meet requirements
  • Ensuring objectives and training support programs are implemented properly
  • Ensuring documentation such as MARS, daily logs, and incident reports are completed in a timely manner
  • Attending meetings with guardians and service coordinators
  • Producing a variety of reports
  • Ensuring state and federal regulations are met

Residential Managers also rotate on-call responsibilities and are expected to work direct support professional hours as a working supervisor.

Requirements:
The ability to problem solve, complete detailed documentation, supervise staff, write programs and reports, and interact with a wide variety of people is required. Qualified applicants will possess two or more years of experience in the developmental disability or related field, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, be at least 18 years of age, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with a combination of experience and a college degree.
