Japanese IT services company is currently seeking a Project Manager at Enterprise Solutions Department in Irving TX area.

What you will do :

  • Managing and performing RPA (Blue Prism, etc.) related requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for our key accounts while overseeing project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion of projects that meet or exceed clients’ needs and expectations.

  • Solving software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining RPA system to meet user needs.

  • Create and maintain documentations of program designs and operation manuals by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions as necessary.

  • Lead and motivate project members.

  • Communicate and negotiate with project stakeholders.

  • Analyze clients’ inquiries and requirements, and change RPA configurations or programs. etc.

What you will bring :

  • Analytical skills regarding requirement definitions, developments, implementation of RPA applications, maintenance and trouble-shooting.

  • Project management skills.

  • Minimum 1 year of implementation or user support experience with RPA.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Certified Blue Prism (or other RPA) developer or solution designer.

  • Effective English and Japanese communication skills, both written and verbal.
