Construction Project Manager
– Hospitality Experience required
– Modular Experience in any facet a plus but not required
– Must be able to interact with clients and hold weekly Project Meetings and control all aspects of a construction project
– Effectively lead, manage, and communicate with sub-contractors, vendors, and internal team members and management
– Ability to run multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously
– Must have ability to run all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
– Professional representation at coordination meetings, including documentation of meeting minutes notes and future action items
– Mitigate project risk and issues, manage project changes
– Estimating experience a plus
– Must be able to create schedules and logistics plans
– Versed in leading Construction software programs
– Ensure timely review and submission of subcontractorsâ invoices for payment.
– The PM is the focal point for dissemination of project information to ensure that all project team members (internal and external) receive the necessary information and documentation to performed assigned roles
– Issue and receive RFIs in order to clarify and confirm specific project requirements or enhancements, and distribute to the project team and subcontractors
– Estimate costs and pursue change orders for variations in scope and impacts to contract scope

Salary: $175,000.00 to $225,000.00 /year
