NOTE: This is a base + commission opportunity. Total annual compensation can vary and commissions are uncapped!

Job Functions:
- Recruits, hires and trains Junior Recruitment staff
- Provides individualized on the job training and mentorship for JR staff
- Creates and provides training manual
- Conducts weekly meetings 1 on 1 with staff members
- Conducts weekly team meetings for strategy, pipeline maintenance, productivity and collaboration on recruitment projects
- Manages staff to performance expectations and goals
- Provides incentives for junior staff to encourage increased performance
- Manages Client Accounts, generating consistent job orders for department
- Conducts department trainings and mentorship as directed by manager
- Run a full cycle recruitment desk
- Generates new business through cold calling, client referrals and relationship building
- Identifies trend in the industry with regard to workforce demand, client mergers, and opportunities for new perm service lines
- Maintains and builds upon relationships for pipelining and networking purposes
- Builds consistent referral sources through industry relationships
- Identifies opportunities for new recruiting resources in the industry
- Serves as department liaison within the company in absence of manager
- Collaborates with peers within the department and organization for customer service, recruitment projects, training and networking opportunities
Performance Standards:
- Maintains quarterly revenue of $60K or better in individual perm placements
- Generates consistent production of $20K per month or better in individual placements
- Secures a minimum of 2 new contracts annually
- Consistently generates job orders, with a minimum of 15 job orders per month
