McCarthy Fabrication LLC is looking for an Executive Assistant to help facilitate MFAB’s rapid growth. Candidates must be self-starters with strong written and verbal skills. Ideal candidates should be obsessed with productivity/efficiency with exceptional organizational skills. Construction and/or manufacturing work experience is preferred but not a requirement.

MFAB is a custom metal fabrication and welding shop that specializes in building handrails, gates, stairs and RTU curbs in construction. Additionally, our company works with clients to build custom metal fabricated products and to perform mid-sized production runs.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Answering Inbound Phone Calls.
  • Entering Customer Data into CRM System.
  • Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews.
  • Managing Schedules of Management Team.
  • Performing CRM system maintenance.
  • Bookkeeping and Project Job Costing.
  • Providing feedback to help innovate and improve business systems.
  • Completing paperwork (NTOs, Lien Releases, COIs, etc.).
  • Processing Blueprints (We can provide training on this for the right individual).
  • Running errands (checking mail, trips to home depot, etc.).
  • Performing customer follow up.
  • Creating, maintaining, and improving process manuals.
  • Social Media Content Creation and Posting.

We use Gmail, Google Drive (Team Drive), Chrome + Extensions, Slack, Insightly, VOIP Phone (kixie), PCs, word, excel, Insightly CRM, Trello (Shop facing CRM), QBO, Quotient (estimation app).
