Job Description
Supervises one Sr. Marketing Coordinator position in functions of staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
Successfully implement the marketing programs as measured by favorable company financial performance. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs and formulate suggestions regarding prospective improvements and changes.
Operates department and assigned personnel within budgetary guidelines.
Completes projects and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Collaborates with Procurement team on the introduction of new products and value added service to the Internal Commissioned Sales force.
Attends and presents information at sales meetings. Conducts and participates in committee meetings. Plans large scale food shows and seminars in support of internal Sales team efforts to drive customer sales.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Required Experience: 2 – 4 Years Marketing with team lead or supervisory experience
Public Speaking/presentation experience
Experience in budget development and management
Contract negotiation
Experience developing creative programs to motivate and incentive sales staff
Experience in design and management of large venue programs such as trade shows
Experience facilitating cross-departmental teams
Analytical skills and detail orientation
MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using business analytic tools
Experience in management of outside creative and generation agencies
Experience setting up group travel events
Experience in Broadline Foodservice Industry
