FIRST ROLE WITH CAPIO:

Help Capio Group design a better way! We are looking for an experienced Implementation Support OCM Manager excited to deliver meaningful solutions to our public sector customers.

The Implementation Support OCM Manager will be assigned full-time to a Capio Group project. Our teams range from a single consultant to as many as 40, so candidates should be comfortable working individually and in groups. Capio Group consultants usually work at the customer’s place of business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Implementation Support OCM Manager is responsible for overseeing the BPR and OCM efforts and teams. The Implementation Support OCM Manager will lead the development and execution of the Implementation Support BPR and OCM Plans and each individual County’s plan. The Implementation Support OCM Manager will work closely with the Implementation Support Implementation Manager to ensure that Implementation Support OCM activities are coordinated and communicated within and across the Implementation Support teams and with the Contractors, Consortium and Counties. The Implementation Support OCM Manager is responsible for planning, preparing and executing all OCM activities and associated Deliverables and work products for Implementation Support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 Years: Experience in a leadership role for developing, implementing OCM and gap analysis strategies on a Project with over 1,000 concurrent users.
  • Minimum 3 Years: Experience leading BPR on a Project with over 1,000 concurrent users.
  • Minimum 4 Years: Experience with HHS systems Projects
