General manager loves to:
– organize all aspects of the store day-to-day operations
– develop high-impact staff members, assistant managers, managers
– oversee staff and participate in the hiring process
– procure vegetables, dry goods, proteins and other ingredients for your store
– create a fun environment with focus on delivering customers great-tasting food
– assist in P&L management
We are looking for 5-7 years of management experience. MUST have assembly-line fast-casual experience for consideration. Compensation commensurate with experience. Prefer experience with assembly-line concepts.
