Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify common client use-cases and work processes to help teams optimize their Verse.io experience
  • Craft and execute an implementation strategy for new clients based on their specific requirements
  • Present the product’s capabilities and solutions in a tailored way to meet each client’s business needs
  • Provide on-going technical and client support to drive product adoption and usage
  • Handle client issues in an effective manner in order to prevent escalations and decrease churn
  • Compose knowledge base material about new features or connection options
  • Understand the overall flow of the business and how each channel relates to the big picture
  • Adapt quickly during times of change with a genuine focus on the company’s success and the success of our clients
  • Partner with the Sales & Account Management Team to provide a white glove experience for clients
  • Thrive in a team environment and help foster a positive culture

Key Experiences:

  • You have 2-4+ years of client success experience at a SaaS or tech company
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex issues in an accessible way
  • You excel at advanced troubleshooting and technical problem solving
  • You are calm under pressure and patient when dealing with difficult interpersonal situations
  • You have great people skills collaborating with internal and external teams
  • You have excellent organizational, note taking and time management skills
  • You are able to work independently and take ownership of tasks and clients’ success
  • You adapt easily in a rapidly changing environment
  • You have advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Zapier, and Salesforce
  • You are quick to understand new software programs and CRMs
  • You are willing to dive into the technical details of a product to understand it thoroughly
  • You have familiarity with SQL and/or data structures is preferred
  • You have a BS in Computer Science or a technical field is a plus
