Client Services Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships and the overall success of their client portfolio. Specific responsibilities include managing client expectations, objectives, and timelines with a goal of maintaining long-term client relationships, active tracking of industry developments and marketing trends to identify new opportunities for our Clients, lead client training, presentation, and strategy meetings and working collaboratively with Development, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams. The ideal candidate will be driven, well-organized with a strong work ethic, have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, have excellent problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and communication skills.
