Good Sam is now hiring a Client Relations Manager to be based in our Englewood, CO corporate headquarters. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for increasing client satisfaction through partnership support, insights and strategic initiatives while serving as the primary point of contact for all external clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the essential point of contact for and liaison between external clients and internal staff
  • Review and present weekly and monthly performance numbers, including marketing and revenue numbers
  • Identify trends and present to external clients and internal management
  • Create project plans, monitor and communicate project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Investigate client concerns and complaints
  • Discuss issues with clients and internal staff and creatively problem solve

Requirements:

  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytics focused, balanced with strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Project and client relations management experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Takes initiative and ownership
  • Strong verbal and written skills
