The Branch Manager is the cornerstone of an office and is responsible for the sustained development and profitability of the branch and the staff. Managers play a critical role in Mount Family Groups mission to be the number one staffing provider in each of our markets.

Managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring and developing the right people to uphold the high standards of performance and production that we expect in each of our branches.

As the Branch Manager, you set the tone, pace and standards for your entire team.

In this position, you will manage and generate sales revenue for our Westaff branch in Lyndonville, Vt and Littleton, NH

Supervise recruiting staff. Assist in recruiting when necessary.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable working with a database and applications.

People oriented. Management and supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience, plus monthly bonuses and commissions.
