Job Summary
IP Pathways is experiencing explosive company growth and need talented sales professionals now! An Account Manager at IP Pathways is responsible for developing strategic solutions to present to IP Pathways’ customers and prospects, as well as maintaining positive on-going relationships to meet evolving customer needs. Your overall focus areas will be in prospecting, developing business, developing proposals for presentation to customers, and selling products and services. You will utilize your excellent relationship building, negotiating, and presentation skills to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
The essential responsibilities of the Account Manager is to develop opportunities with existing customers and new prospects for the portfolio of solutions IP Pathways offers.
- Become a strategic consultant to our customers and prospects.
- Develop strategies to educate the customer or prospect on IP Pathways’ services offerings that bring them strategic business value.
- Work with our best in class architecture team to determine if a customer can receive value from IP Pathways’ products and services.
- Develop presentations and proposals for IP Pathways’ services offerings to present to customers and prospects.
- Develop an account management plan to partner with our customers based on their business need.
- Build and strengthen your business relationship with customers and ensure that their needs are being met.
- Be able to clearly provide demonstration of accomplishment and examples of customer success to customers and prospects.
- Build a pipeline of new business while provide accurate and up to date information and forecasts to sales leadership.
- Become an expert in IP Pathways’ products and services.
