We specialize in R&D of advanced flexible composite materials which we quickly transition to manufactured solutions for our diverse customer base. Warwick Mills has over 60 patents or patents pending and is continuously expanding their premium product lines through research, development, and invention. Warwick is looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new and existing customer relationships
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of products
  • Assist in marketing and advertising content
  • Learn product information, continuously deepen knowledge base in product areas
  • Follows through with customers to ensure needs and objectives are met
  • Provides the Engineering team with information from the market in regards to trends, new products, and market share in existing and potential accounts.
  • Provide and coordinate technical support, escalating challenging requests as needed
  • Communicate customer and market issues to company management, recommend solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Perform all work in accordance to ISO processes and procedures
  • Some travel to visit customers or attend trade shows (less than 25%)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Competent with the use of computer software specific to the operation
  • High School diploma required

Desired:

  • Market knowledge of law enforcement, textiles, and/or industrial safety markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Industrial Sales
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with government or private contract or proposal writing
  • Google G Suite (Drive, google docs, sheets, and slides) experience

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
