Scrum Master – Remarkably

Calling All [Exceptional] Process Wranglers!

We are looking for a dynamic scrum master to join our lean, tight-knit, and growing team. You’ll work closely with the CTO to disrupt commercial real estate marketing and compete with established and emerging companies in the white-hot proptech space. You will work with the Product team to document, organize, and prioritize each two-week sprint. You’ll also be responsible for managing a team of remote QA testers, tracking down bugs, and making sure they get knocked down as quickly as possible. This is a pivotal role that will shape the efficiency and success of the entire engineering department.

Remarkably is a commercial real estate marketing data, analytics, and insights firm. We believe in the power of our proprietary SaaS platform to improve multifamily asset performance for the nation’s top property owners, investors, developers and managers.

This is the job for you if:

• You have 2+ years experience as a scrum master or team facilitator
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• You have a proven history of building a trusting, safe, and collaborative team environment
• You have the ability to lead a team to become self-organize and empowered.
• You have experience working with PivotalTracker, Github, CircleCI, Storybook.JS, or similar tools
• You have experience working with remote teams
