SMG (Service Management Group) is seeking a Scrum Master/Data Analyst to work in our fast paced environment. This role is part of the Engineering Process team which is focused on Agile Project Management, Change and Incident Management, Security and Operational controls, and Operational and Development data analysis and metrics.

]Responsibilities:
The Scrum Master/Data Analyst has varied duties which may include:
- Acting as a scrum master for one or more agile software development teams
- Rotational change and incident manager duties
- Supporting SOC 2 and other regulatory processes
- Collecting data from our various systems for analysis and process improvement
- Creating various internal reports
- Acting as an administrator for project management systems such as Jira.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Very strong organizational skills
- Very strong written communication skills
- Understanding of the fundamentals of traditional and agile project management
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong Excel skills with basic knowledge of data analysis
- Ability and desire to work in a collaborative environment; our group works as a team not just a collection of individuals
- Bachelorâs Degree, preferably in technology, science, or mathematics
- Flexibility to work on-call and outside of normal business hours as needed
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Experience as a scrum master in an agile software engineering environment
- SQL query skills
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
