Job Summary

We are looking for someone to join our team as both a part-time pet sitter and scheduling manager. You would be working in the office 2 days a week (roughly 4-6 hours each shift) and do pet sitting 2 to 3 days a week (roughly 4-6 hours each shift). You would be taught how to complete any and all duties with hands on training from our current office manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Making the schedule.
• Answering phone calls and emails from current and prospective clients.
• Monitoring the staff through software.
• Trustworthy, reliable, dependable, energetic, honest with a great attitude.
• Ability to work alone, independently. You will have your visits scheduled and it is your responsibility to follow them and alert management of issues.
• Organized, good attitude, and flexibility.
• Can commit to being outdoors in all sorts of weather.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of dogs, cats and other small pets.
• Complete at least 6 consecutive dog walks.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Punctuality and time management.
