B3 Group Inc. is looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our growing organization. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for working with the Director of Human Resources to establish the strategies and programs to attract candidates that meet the company objectives. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for working with the human capital team and the delivery team on identifying the right skill sets to execute the work and deliver high customer satisfaction for the organization.

  • Delivers high-quality service to customers by matching candidate skills with customers’ needs.
  • Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
  • Analyzes resumes accurately.
  • Uses recruiting tools such as [applicant tracking software] to fill positions rapidly with qualified employees.
  • Screens candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.
  • Builds professional relationships with candidates and staff.

To be successful in this position, we expect you to have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum five years of full life cycle recruiting experience in the government contracting space.
  • Minimum three years of technical recruiting experience, preferably recruiting for Salesforce candidates.
  • Experience recruiting in the cleared space.
  • Demonstrated success filling multiple positions with multiple skill sets in a fast paced environment.
  • Understanding of OFCCP compliance measures.
