Nokomis Inc. is a high technology company and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant for our CEO. The personal assistant works one-to-one with our CEO on a wide variety of matters, both business and personal.

The candidate must be flexible, and organized to meet the demands of our growing organization. Must be able to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a cheery disposition and work well with children.

The perfect candidate MUST be flexible with their schedules. The scheduled hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. However, the CEO may need things done during later hours. For example; transport his children to and from different facilities at 6:00 pm. For all extra hours, employee would be paid.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conserves executive’s time by reading,researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents;collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.

· Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

· Maintains executive’s appointment schedule/calendar

· Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.

· Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

· Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing various tasks as needed.

· Self-manage important tasks and facilitate the running of errands.

· Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.

· Provide transportation for the executive’s children

· Organizing events and conferences.

· Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

· Collating and filing expenses.

· Conducting research on behalf of the executive.

Executive Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:

· High level of discretion and confidentiality

· Excellent Communication and Writing Skills

· Ability to seamlessly draft high-quality correspondence

· Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

· Proactive,self-starter and excellent initiative

· Ability to multi task and prioritize daily workload

· Capable of operating a multi-line phone system

· Extremely detail oriented

· Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Past experience in administrative rule required

· Good driving record
