Cordant has an immediate opening for an experienced Manager of Enterprise Initiatives :to join our corporate strategy team in Denver, CO. The Manager of Enterprise Initiatives: will manage and support critical initiatives for the enterprise as well as have responsibility of the Cordant’s company-wide work plan. This position will work across business units and functions to accomplish organizational goals and strategy. This individual will apply proven communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the company’s execution of top strategies and initiatives. We are looking for candidates with a background in management consulting or transaction advisory who possess strong project management skills to help move the goals of the company forward.

Essential Functions::

  • Works with the Executive Leadership Team to identify priorities, appropriate approvals and organizational alignment in the form of a company-wide work plan
  • Actively participates in discussions with Executive Leadership Team and other management
  • Identifies the project scope, goals, and critical success factors in consultation with business partners (executive leadership, management, subject matter experts, stakeholders and end users) within the company
  • Plans, tracks and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Communicates project milestones and deliverables with executive sponsors, appropriate team members, and stakeholders
  • Escalates issues and barriers to management to address possible solutions
  • Provides operational assistance and/or leadership for project work
  • Provides consultation regarding project issues and difficulties
  • Provides consultation regarding change management strategies to promote end user adoption and project success
  • Promotes effective team collaboration among team, sponsors, stakeholders and end users to meet project goals and objectives
  • Provides internal solutions to issues; Seeks to deeply understand problems; Evaluates problems (critiques next steps, challenges to examine alternatives); Uses internal sources to vet the solution; Contributes to the project and its direction
  • Performs other special projects or work, including mergers and acquisitions, as assigned
  • Work well under pressure meet multiple, often competing deadlines

Additional Duties::

  • Assist in preparation for Board meetings and other strategic meetings
  • Help in analysis of new business opportunities as well as new industry regulations or pronouncements
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience::

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience in management consulting or transaction advisory, required
  • 2+ years project management experience, required
  • Experience with health care companies is highly desired
