Executive Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Assist CEO in daily tasks including maintaining calendar, meeting preparation, data analysis, order coordination as well as other Import department responsibilities.

· Run and analyze weekly/monthly reports

· Communicate with factories to coordinate new product development and ongoing projects

· Maintain up-to-date files, SKU database & catalog of SKUs

· Prepare CEO & Salesmen for Textile Market Week meetings

· Assist Salesmen with presentations and customer needs

Candidate must:

· Be extremely proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word

· Possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Be detail oriented

· Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

· Be well-organized and a self-starter

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
