About The Oxford Club
The Oxford Club is looking for a talented Web Project Manager to join their Web Development and Operations team. This is a pivotal role that acts as the agile process owner between the business stakeholders and the web development teams. The Web Project Manager will work closely with the Web Development and Operations (“DevOps”) team to maximize the business value delivered while driving the appropriate agile / scrum ceremonies that will increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
The Web Project Manager is the primary Servant Leader for the team, and 1st line of support in relentlessly ensuring and supporting the flow of work for the development team.
The candidate in this role will have an opportunity to impact the delivery of web and mobile solutions in a fast-paced and innovative environment that promotes thinking outside of the box.

]Responsibilities:
- Acts as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of the project goals.
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation and the creation of business and technical solutions.
- Shield the team from interruptions and remove obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product.
- Keep stakeholders, collaborates, and other interested parties well-informed of the team progress and activities.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and remove impediments.
- Lead and coach all Scrum rituals and continuing driving the adoption of Scrum core values across the organization.
- Manage the release process by coordinating with developers, stakeholders, and QA to ensure a smooth process.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings, schedule and facilitate ceremonies, daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, retrospective, etc.
- Provide updates and reports of project priorities and performance to business stakeholders across the organization.
- Monitor team health using periodic checks to maintain and/or increase team performance.
- Work with Product Owners and Managers in Development and Operations to properly manage backlog refinement and sprint allocation.
- Effectively inform Product Owner, stakeholders, and other interested parties of the scrum teams progress and activities.
- Be an ambassador for organization on the adoption of PM platforms and tools such as Asana.
- Promoting software development best-practices to the Web Team and the larger organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communication, Engineering, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified SCRUM Master with 2+ years of SCRUM experience.
- 2-4 years of Project Management experience preferably managing Kanban and Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with Project Management best practices and disciplines.
- Prior knowledge and familiarity with PM systems such as JIRA and Asana.
- Prior experience implementing and utilizing Agile methodologies in direct support of technology programs.
- CSM or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully drive technology adoption.
- Demonstrated experience implementing SCRUM / PM fundamentals and optimizing their performance.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven servant leadership experience in IT solution delivery.
- Solid understanding and experience with web technologies.
- Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle.
- Business savviness and emotional intelligence.
- A willingness to work in an environment that is focused on continuous improvement.
- Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative development as well as backlog tracking and task definition.
- Ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements.
- Attention to detail, quick learner, have a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience working with web development teams is a huge plus.

- Scaled Agile (SAFe) or similar exposure.
