BrandLync Digital and Print Media is seeking a VP, Automotive Division for our full-service digital and direct media marketing agency, specializing in People-Based Data Driven Marketing Solutions for the Automotive, Real Estate, Medical, Industrial, Retail, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical verticals among many others. The VP of the Automotive Division plays a crucial role in the inner workings of the agency, overseeing the entirety of the Automotive division – from sales to marketing to account services and beyond.

Responsibilities
· Responsible for all Automotive sales and marketing
· Responsible for having a thorough understanding Ecommerce, Digital and Social marketing plans, metrics and tools to guide and grow our client’s overall business
· Plan, develop and implement cohesive, creatively aligned digital marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness and drive both traffic and profitable sales growth for every agency client
· Drive traffic and create revenue growth through the strategic use of digital tools, including email, ppc, display ads, Facebook, social media, search engines, meta search, content networks, review sites and brand sites; and more.
· Responsible for the development and go-to-market strategy of agency digital solutions
· Be the igniting spark for Digital & Social strategic knowledge and execution within the agency
· Cross-train and serve as the voice of digital integration for client problem solving and strategic planning
· Monitor client business daily/weekly to ensure strategy & metrics are successful, including: web and media unit analytics, search performance, social platform performance and sales transactions when applicable.
· Participate in client meetings and entertaining to build, grow and strengthen client relationships.
· Responsible for client reporting and the “story-telling” of our agency successes
· Responsible for the vetting and business negotiation of all vendor partners
· Anticipate client needs, keeping the agency in the position of leading rather than following
· Review and be familiar with all contractual agreements with the client, vendors and other partnerships.
· Provide accurate detailed direction to agency teams, and assure support staff follows agency procedures and fulfills job responsibilities.
· Provide leadership to the internal account and digital creative team. See that all team members have the “big picture” on assigned projects. Encourage and motivate all members of the team.
Requirements
· Must have 10+ years senior management experience within an agency or equivalent
· Must have 10+ years in the Automotive Retail vertical
· Ability to create inspiring, productive and innovative work environments across diverse work groups.
Combination of private/public sales experience a plus.
· Understands relationships and is adept at cultivating and managing these in a way that meets new business goals.
· Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
