]Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced VP of Product to lead the evolution of existing EXOS products, plan and develop new products, and establish solutions that successfully deliver products to the marketplace. The VP of Product will also lead assessment solution development, which will include key products and services targeting a wide range of EXOS populations.

What will you do?
  • Lead strategy, planning and development of new and existing products based on business objectives
  • Coordinate cross functional teams to establish solution frameworks that successfully deliver products to the marketplace
  • Work collaboratively with leaders and domain experts to create breakthrough experiences that solve our users’ most critical needs
  • Oversee and approve product and solution execution to ensure requirements are met
  • Develop product roadmaps to align with business objectives
  • Identify success metrics and be accountable for the product life cycle
  • Work with cross functional teams to establish tracking and reporting standards
  • Assess market competition and identify opportunity
  • Establish systems and processes to ensure efficient delivery
  • Identify key IP, document differentiation, and evaluate defensible strategies

Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • Proven leadership in developing and deploying successful products to market
  • Experience delivering physical and digital experiences in commercial environments
  • Experience and desire to lead a diverse team through product execution
  • Experience with key business practices that empower collaboration and execution
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for growth in new businesses and markets
  • Ability to ingest and prioritize competing business requirements while maintaining critical focus
  • Ability to communicate up and down the org chart and establish effective working relationships
  • Structured communication & storytelling skills with all audiences
  • Significant experience applying analytical rigor to evaluate risk and support decisions
  • Knowledge and passion for physical and digital products
  • Grounding in human-centered design with a natural empathy for users
  • Experience with product marketing and brand development
  • Experience in diverse markets targeting varying personas and populations
  • Experience planning and executing patents
  • Comfort working in remote environment

Qualifications:


Required Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of product leadership experience
  • At least 10 years developing and delivering physical and digital products to commercial markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of digital (SW) product development including direct experience with mobile platforms
  • 10+ years of connected device (HW) product development experience
  • 5+ years of product marketing and brand development experience
  • 5+ years of patent development experience
  • 5+ years experience in sport, wellness, or healthcare space
