Responsibilities:
NCI: As the Vice President, Applied Intelligence Architect (Vice President of Enterprise Solutions), you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, further developing existing clients and working with designated Strategic Business Partners to help them expand portfolios in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Service Desk Support. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI’s mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

- Responsible for acquiring new clients, further developing existing clients and working with designated Strategic Business Partners to help them expand portfolios for Artificial Intelligence and Service Desk Support
- Develops the solution vision, portfolio and adoption paths for the Enterprise Segment
- Determines cross-sell/up-sell sequencing of the solutions portfolio and relevant sales motions, particularly associated with deployment of numerous AI methodologies and capabilities across the enterprise
- Develops business value content that will accelerate the adoption of new products/solutions in enterprise accounts
- Understands and delivers audience-specific content required to support enterprise programs
- Understands customer and market requirements for input into product and services roadmaps
- Creates and evangelizes NCI’s enterprise solution vision, including creation of solution selling tools and assets
- Drives enterprise architecture strategic planning associated with Service Desk and AI integration, business development, thought leadership and global sales enablement to increase NCI’s influence within targeted vertical industries
- Works with the customer reference team to ensure availability and quality of critical customer evidence in support of the Enterprise Strategy and Solutions Portfolio requirements
Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 15 – 20 Years
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent related experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:
- Sitting for long periods

- Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 25 pounds
