We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Enterprise Sales to join our team covering the bank, trust and credit union channels.
The successful candidate will have an established network/rolodex of C-suite contacts within the FinTech, broker/dealer and other traditional/non-traditional enterprises, as well as bank, trust, and credit union channels, and must have a proven track record of successfully selling FinTech, clearing and custody solutions to large enterprises. The candidate must have a demonstrated desire to win new business.
]Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed specified asset growth and new client goals
- Understand and effectively communicate Folioâs value proposition to prospects and centers of influence
- Partner with the other Folio businesses to help introduce a full line of Folio products, services and capabilities to prospects
- Manage territory effectively; submit weekly status reports, travel and expense reports timely and accurately
- Develop an understanding of the prospects business through profiling and determine if Folio products and services can add value to the prospects business
- Partner with Inside Sales, Relationship Management and Implementation teams on lead generation activities and on-boarding of new relationships
- Understand and utilize pricing model for profitability
- Leverage and partner with internal and external teams
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in FinTech, selling clearing and custody solutions to broker/dealer and other traditional/non-traditional enterprises, as well as bank, trust, and credit union channels
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses
- Proven ability to manage a long and complex sales cycle
- Proven ability to be successful with clients and prospects in face-to-face meetings, phone based relationships and via email
- Proven quantifiable results (net flows, assets, revenue) working at a strategic level with credit unions, banks and trust companies
- Deep domain expertise in the broker/dealer, other traditional/non-traditional enterprises, as well as bank, trust, and credit unions
- Knowledge of Folio’s competitors, including high level of competitive intelligence about key competitors’ product offerings and how the Folio offering compares
- Strong communicator with outgoing approach to proactively create client interactions
- Strong multi-tasking, project management and organizational skills with ability to manage and follow up on a 30-60-90 day activities plan documented and maintained on SalesForce CRM; accurately and completely track and report on ongoing status throughout the sales cycle
- Bachelorâs degree is required, MBA preferred
- Knowledge of SalesForce
