Vice President, General Manager

Requirements: – 4 year College degree required, preferably in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance or business.- Proven record as a successful leader and effective communicator as a General Manager with measurable results in all key financial, revenue generation, guest and employee relation bench marks.- Must have at least 5-7 years of full service General Management experience.- Market experience highly desired- Experience managing a full-service resort in excess of 400 rooms and 20,0000 square feet of meeting/event space preferred – Experience managing a full-service resort associated with a destination attraction (e.g. Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc) preferred
