TRC has lending/correspondent relationships with numerous life insurance companies, asset management firms, investment banks, pension funds, REITs and commercial banks. TRC also has established equity capital partner relationships with some of the largest and most active private equity, institutional equity, pension funds and hedge funds in the United States. TRCâs capital partners span across the financing spectrum and provide TRC with the ability to creatively structure transactions as a one-stop financing source. TRC currently has over $1 Billion in financing being underwritten and is currently marketing close to $3 Billion in assets.

Qualifications Career key points:
– 2 plus years in Real Estate.
– Must be a self-starter with strong business development skills.
– Excellent written, verbal, negotiation and presentation skills are needed to be successful.
– Must be committed to integrity and honesty.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
